We must embrace a wholehearted determination to protect and support individual rights while at times providing for the security of persons and property in the community. In meeting this objective, it is our duty to operate as a public service organization. We will at all times work in cooperation with community agencies and groups to promote understanding of and competence in our efforts in law enforcement.

Covid-19 has had a significant impact on policing, just like it has on everything else. Officers may contact you by phone, ask you to step outside or take other measures to help insure social distancing and everyone’s safety
